Jewellery
All of our jewellery are made-to-order therefore we do not accept return or exchanges on jewellery items. Kindly note that once invoiced, the order cannot be cancelled.

Any changes to the original design concept will be quoted and charged.

Loose Gemstones
We accept returns, exchanges and cancellations for loose gemstones, please see below for the return conditions:-
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 21 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: Prior to shipping

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping charges, and taxes. The package must be returned with full insurance, plus door to door tracking. Should the item not be returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Should a gemstone be recut especially for you, we will deem the gemstone non-refundable

All loose gemstones are dispatched within 3 working days. The lead time for made to order jewellery is 2 to 3 weeks. The jewellery is dispatched with 3 working days post review and approval of the final piece.

We appreciate your business therefore we offer complimentary standard shipping worldwide, with full insurance and tracking. An upgrade to FedEx is available at checkout.

Please note that all gemstone and jewellery are checked, sealed and sent via the national gem and jewellery export office here in Sri Lanka, and their approved couriers. We cannot take specific courier requests.

We recommend you check with your local authorities to see if you are liable to pay any VAT, or custom duties upon import in your place of residence. We will not be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied by the clients’s country. Additionally we will not be held responsibly for any delays due to customs.
