Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable. Under special circumstance should a return be accepted a restocking fee may apply.
Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs, and must return the package with full insurance, and door to door tracking. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. A restocking fee may apply on custom orders, please inquire

 Jewellery

All of our jewellery are made-to-order therefore we do not accept return or exchanges on jewellery items. Kindly note that once invoiced, the order cannot be cancelled. 

Any changes to the original design concept will be quoted and charged.  

Loose Gemstones

We accept returns, exchanges and cancellations for loose gemstones, please see below for the return conditions:-

Request a cancellation: Prior to shipping

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping charges, and taxes. The package must be returned with full insurance, plus door to door tracking. Should the item not be returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Should a gemstone be recut especially for you, we will deem the gemstone non-refundable
